I'm curious where they could have created a 4th. My dad built an addition in 1963, which expanded the kitchen, added a 1/2 bath and a nice family room. But from 1949 until '63, all 8 of us, including my 4 sisters, used 1 bathroom. Now my brother and I did our part to keep the bathroom clear. We bathed as infrequently as possible and, in the summer, we didn't bother to come in to use the bathroom. But I can't figure out how 4 girls and my mom were able to get ready for school/work every morning. Our house only had 3 bedrooms. I’m curious where they could have created a 4th.
